Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an organized and analytical Inventory Control Manager to take responsibility for purchasing and evaluating group inventory to achieve optimal rotation and stock levels.


  • Manage stock rotation to minimize incidence of over-stock, out-of-stock and stock expiration.
  • Establish and manage inventory levels to achieve optimal rotation at all locations.
  • Monitor inventory value to keep within established budgets.
  • Implement control measures and systems to ensure inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on sales history, market trends and liaising with our sales and marketing team.
  • Prepare product orders in accordance with well-defined specifications and purchasing standards. 
  • Ensure compliance of all documentation for imported product being fully aware of all Customs & Excise documentation requirements, tariffs & duties, import licenses & restrictions etc.
  • Use initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles relevant to the importation of product.


  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role
  • A degree in Management, Supply Chain Management or other related degree would be an asset
  • Self- motivated and organized with strong analytical abilities
