Key Account Manager - LATAM

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic sales and marketing professional, based in Costa Rica or Panama, to promote a portfolio of wines and spirits in select LATAM markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with regional Distributors to inspire and motivate their teams to grow sales and market share.


  • Actively engage in business development and sales support throughout Latin America
  • Analyze market opportunities and develop strategic plans that capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Review and recommend distribution partners to further develop the Stansfeld Scott portfolio
  • Develop key account relationships that deliver measurable results
  • Travel frequently for market visits and trade events
  • Ensure management is kept well informed on business opportunities and updates
  • Stay abreast of industry and market trends and the macroeconomics of the countries assigned
  • Prepare and monitor fiscal forecasts and implement marketing programs within fiscal budgets
  • Facilitate brand training and educational sessions for customers and sales teams


  • Must be based in Costa Rica or Panama with the ability to travel frequently
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in sales and marketing of wines and spirits
  • Exposure to international business practices and travel for professional purposes
  • Energetic and self-motivated with a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’
  • Ability to inspire, educate, and motivate a team to achieve established goals
  • Resourceful with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field of study
