Brian Cabral

Cheif Executive Officer

Brian Cabral, CEO and majority shareholder of Stansfeld Scott Inc, has been the driving force behind the group’s transformation into one of the largest privately held suppliers of wines, spirits, and health supplements to the Caribbean.

Starting his career at Stansfeld Scott, Barbados in sales, Brian quickly rose to take over management, revitalizing a stagnant sector through innovation and strategic leadership. By the mid-1980s, Stansfeld Scott evolved from a small wholesaler into a leading distributor in Barbados. His marketing expertise led to the establishment of an in-house advertising agency and the launch of two influential trade journals providing much needed market intelligence for the Caribbean, both of which were in circulation for over a decade.

Brian further expanded Stansfeld Scott’s operations by launching the Wine World specialty stores in 1995. Thanks to creative marketing and consumer education initiatives, these stores quickly became Barbados’ top wine and spirits retailer.

A pivotal milestone came in 1993 when Brian established a Florida office to expand regional distribution throughout the Caribbean. This move enabled Stansfeld Scott to build a robust network of importers in over 35 countries, including Latin America. His ability to identify opportunities and build strategic alliances has been central to the company’s success.

In recent years, Brian has expanded into equity investments in distribution, production and brand ownership, positioning Stansfeld Scott at every level of the supply chain. These investments have opened doors in key global markets including the U.S., U.K., and Canada.

With his visionary leadership and business acumen, Brian Cabral continues to guide Stansfeld Scott toward new opportunities, ensuring its place as a pioneering force in the industries in which it competes.

Indra Cabral

Chief Operating Officer

With over 30 years of experience in the Caribbean, Indra Cabral has spent her career in family business, beginning in duty-free and fashion retail before transitioning to the wine and spirits industry. Today, she serves as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Stansfeld Scott.

As COO, Indra oversees the administrative, financial, and logistics functions of the company, continuously refining processes to drive efficiency. Supported by a dedicated and dynamic team, she manages shipments from around the globe to more than 40 countries across the Caribbean and Latin America, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced industry.

Indra values the international reach of Stansfeld Scott and the opportunity to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. She takes pride in maintaining perspective and grace under pressure—always making room for a good laugh along the way.

Jayshree Kessaram

Director

With a background in Administration Management, Jayshree has supported Stansfed Scott Barbados’ growth from the early formation days to a leading local distributor specializing in Wines & Spirits. With 40+ years with the company, there is no aspect of the business that Jayshree has not touched.
 
She was pivotal in developing the distribution company’s proprietary software, which managed the flow of product from purchase order to receivable collection, including integration with the Customs ASYCUDA system.
 
Jayshree enjoys time with her five dogs and she paints in acrylics to relax.

Ethan Perk

Vice President,
Sales & Marketing

With over 20 years of international experience in the beverage industry, Ethan Perk brings a global perspective to Stansfeld Scott. His career spans key roles across China, Japan, and the United States, managing diverse wine and spirits portfolios.
 
A hands-on team player, Ethan is always ready to assist his team and work closely with brand stakeholders. He co-leads the Sales & Marketing team, overseeing spirits portfolio management and a broad distributor network across the Caribbean, Mexico, and Central America. Previously, Ethan managed North China for ASC Fine Wines, leading a 300-person team with annual sales of US $75 Million across 6 regional offices. A multilingual professional fluent in Chinese and Japanese, Ethan has a proven track record of strategic brand development and team building. His background includes leadership positions at E&J Gallo Winery, Montrose Food & Wine, and entrepreneurial ventures in China.
 
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies from Colgate University, Ethan drives Stansfeld Scott’s growth through innovative sales strategies and strong international relationships, focusing on stakeholder engagement in wine and spirits while leading a dedicated team across Caribbean and Latin American markets.

Sacha Cabral

Vice President,
Business Development

With over 16 years of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Sacha began her career in Barbados managing the island’s leading wine and spirits retailer. Her passion for the industry then led her to New York City, where she successfully managed Sotheby’s retail wine business. Since 2020, Sacha has been driving growth and innovation for Stansfeld Scott in the Caribbean and Central America regions.

As Vice President of Business Development, Sacha co-leads Sales & Marketing, overseeing Stansfeld Scott’s wine portfolio, own label program, and key growth markets. She is known for her belief in building strong teams and leading with empathy, ensuring that her leadership fosters collaboration and success.

Outside of work, Sacha loves spending weekends outdoors. She’s a mom to two girls and enjoys experimenting with new recipes—always with a glass of wine in hand. 

Raiza Cabral

Vice President,
Stanscott International

After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business, Raiza Cabral began her journey with Stansfeld Scott in 2009. Starting in POS procurement, she quickly transitioned to Territory Management for the Consumer Health portfolio. Over time, Raiza’s responsibilities expanded to include portfolio management and regional oversight. In 2020, she became Vice President of Stanscott International, a dedicated company for the Health & Wellness portfolio.
 
With 15 years in the industry, Raiza’s current role encompasses portfolio and territory management, private label product development, and strategic growth for the Stanscott portfolio. Known for her inclusive approach to leadership, Raiza values clear communication, providing her team with the context needed to grow and thrive within the organization. She emphasizes a collaborative team environment where individuals feel empowered to share and engage.
 
Passionate about health and wellness, Raiza prioritizes helping customers understand the benefits of the products they sell. She enjoys product training, strategic sales analysis, and aligning market insights for both Stanscott and its distribution partners. Personally, Raiza is committed to fitness, balancing strength training with hot yoga. 

April Winship

Administrative Director

April Winship has built a comprehensive career within Stansfeld Scott, contributing to various areas such as logistics, trade shows, technology improvements, management, and Human Resources. This diverse experience has given her a solid understanding of the business and underscored the importance of relationships, which has been a foundation of her leadership style.
 
As Administrative Director, April is responsible for overseeing human resources, compliance, and managing the administrative and logistics team. A certified SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from the Society of Human Resources Management, she is dedicated to creating a work environment where each team member feels empowered to contribute their best. Known for her guiding approach to leadership, she encourages team members to take ownership while offering support to find the best solutions collaboratively.
 
Outside of work, April enjoys quality time with family and friends, often over good food, wine, card games, or a day of kayaking. Passionate about people’s growth and development, she finds fulfillment in seeing her team succeed and believes a supportive, collaborative environment is key to both individual and team success.

Vishal Cabral

Creative Director

With 20 years of experience in the industry and 18 years of building brands across the Caribbean and Latin America, Vishal Cabral is a seasoned creative professional. His focus as Creative Director is to merge disruptive design with thoughtful brand strategy, aiming to increase market share, profitability, and sustainable growth for the company’s portfolios.
 
Passionate about design in all its forms, Vishal’s love for logos, typography, and illustration began early, inspired by his childhood fascination with surfing, BMX, and skateboarding magazines. His career path became clear when a college roommate suggested he take a graphic design class, and since then, he’s never looked back. Vishal is driven by ideas that keep him up at night, and his sketchbook is never far away.
 
Outside of work, Vishal enjoys life with his wife and their two brave and bubbly daughters, who continue to inspire him every day. Although life isn’t perfect, it is always purposeful, filled with creativity and love for what he does.

Narene Beepath

Regional Sales Manager

Wines Division

With 15 years of experience in FMCG and 7 years specifically in Wines & Spirits, Narene brings a wealth of expertise to Stansfeld Scott Inc. Her career spans key roles at A.S. Brydens, Grace Kennedy, and Angostura, where she honed her skills in brand management and business development.
 
As a Regional Sales Manager, Narene manages the wine portfolio across Eastern and Southern Caribbean markets. Holding a WSET Level 2 in Wines certification, she excels in developing marketing strategies, maintaining distributor relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Her approach is characterized by transparency, team collaboration, and a passion for brand development.
 
A dedicated professional committed to continuous improvement, Narene leverages her deep industry knowledge to support Stansfeld Scott’s expansion. When not strategizing, she focuses on personal wellness through Pilates and maintaining a holistic approach to health and professional growth.

Arturo Campos

Regional Sales Manager

Wines Division

With a career spanning over 25 years in the Hospitality and Wine & Spirits industries, Arturo Campos brings a wealth of experience and passion to his role as Portfolio Manager at Stansfeld Scott. Starting in 1998, he has worked in roles from cook and bartender to restaurant and training manager, eventually serving as Head Sommelier and Key Account Manager for on-trade accounts. Arturo holds certifications as a Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and as a Certified Wine Specialist from the Society of Wine Educators.
 
In his current role, Arturo focuses on developing Stansfeld Scott’s wine portfolio in key Caribbean markets, including Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, USVI, and BVI. Known for his interdisciplinary approach, he values diverse perspectives when addressing challenges, believing that varied viewpoints can lead to unique and effective solutions.
 
Arturo’s passion lies in crafting exceptional wine lists and introducing customers to new wine experiences that elevate their dining journey. Outside of work, he finds inspiration and relaxation in the ocean, enjoying activities like surfing, freediving, and spearfishing. 

Nikeisha Ramsammy

Portfolio Manager

With a diverse background spanning 15 years in marketing, sales, and trade development across the Caribbean, Nikeisha Ramsammy’s career path has evolved from regional support at Red Bull to key roles with major brands like Nestle, Massy Distribution, and Blue Waters. Her experience covers everything from trade marketing to export management, where she launched and grew brands across multiple Caribbean markets, gaining expertise in both FMCG and, more recently, the alcohol industry.

In her current role as Portfolio Manager for Specialty brands at Stansfeld Scott, Nikeisha combines portfolio and regional sales management, overseeing campaigns, driving sales, and collaborating with distributors to build brands within CARICOM countries. She is passionate about business development and has reengaged distributors for key brands like Stone’s Ginger Wine, resulting in accelerated growth through joint business planning.

Nikeisha describes her working style as hands-on and collaborative, leading by example and valuing teamwork in problem-solving. She has a Master’s in Marketing from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of the West Indies. Beyond work, she enjoys painting, photography, and spending time with her family, often capturing sunset moments by the beach.

Samantha Pollard

Brand Support Coordinator

With over five years of marketing experience, Samantha began her career managing the marketing for Barbados’ largest coffee chain. Her passion for digital marketing and brand development has driven her success in the field, leading her to join Stansfeld Scott International in 2024.

Initially joining Stansfeld Scott as Social Media Manager, Samantha has made a significant impact by growing the company’s social media presence and building brand awareness for its owned brands and private labels. Known for her dedication to staying ahead of social media trends, she brings a proactive and strategic mindset to her new role as Brand Support Coordinator.

In this position, Samantha manages brand assets, coordinates trade marketing, and supports suppliers and distributors for seamless brand representation. Her collaborative and creative problem-solving approach drives her success.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys reading fantasy novels, spending weekends with friends and family, and playing games. She remains passionate about brand and product development and is eager to continue contributing to Stansfeld Scott’s growth in the Caribbean and LATAM markets.

Ralph Ottmueller

Key Account Director

Wines Division

Ralph Ottmueller’s career began in the field of Commercial Engineering in Germany, where he gained experience in automating production sites for both German and U.S. companies. His journey took him to Mexico in 1998, where he transitioned into the wine and spirits industry with Beam Global. Starting in 2000, Ralph served as VP/Brand Development Director for Mexico, Latin America, and the Caribbean, gaining in-depth knowledge of whiskies and tequila, and earning certification as an ambassador for both categories.
 
With over 24 years in the wine and spirits industry, Ralph has held roles with Beam Global, BNM (Bebidas del Nuevo Mundo), Angus Dundee Whiskies, and Monarq before joining Stansfeld Scott in 2019. His expertise lies in market analysis, brand development, and strategic introductions, where he has successfully incorporated 20 clients from nine countries and introduced over 15 brands to new markets.
 
Ralph approaches his work with a straightforward, collaborative style, viewing his team as a family where everyone supports one another to find the best solutions. Fluent in English, German, and Spanish, Ralph is passionate about sports, travel, and animal welfare, with a deep appreciation for his diverse cultural background. He lives by the motto: “Never surrender, never give up and be humble and respectful.” 

Rider Cusco

Regional Sales Manager

Spirits Division

With over 14 years of experience in sales and trade marketing across the Caribbean, Rider Cusco has held key roles with leading brands like Anheuser-Busch, Corona Beers, and Philip Morris. His career has spanned positions from Sales and Marketing Manager to Trade Marketing Manager, building a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics across multiple islands.
 
As Regional Sales Manager at Stansfeld Scott, Rider focuses on increasing sales and market share for the company’s spirits portfolio, while fostering strong distributor relationships to achieve outstanding results and market execution. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Rider leads by example and believes in being a trusted partner for clients, supporting their goals alongside the company’s.
 
Originally from Cuba and the Dominican Republic, Rider is passionate about trade marketing and sales. Outside of work, he enjoys family time and is an avid racing car enthusiast.

Justin Neemar

Regional Sales Manager

Spirit Division

Justin Neemar brings a well-rounded background in merchandising, finance, and brand marketing to his role as Regional Sales Manager – Spirits Division at Stansfeld Scott. His career began in merchandising, where he developed a strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics. He later transitioned into the banking and finance sector, focusing on customer service and relationship management before moving into marketing roles across FMCG and lifestyle brands.

In his current position, Justin works closely with distributors to strengthen relationships, oversee sales initiatives, and drive the visibility and growth of Stansfeld Scott’s spirits portfolio. His hands-on, collaborative approach is rooted in data-informed creativity and a solutions-first mindset. Known for building meaningful consumer connections, Justin is passionate about bringing brands to life through local relevance and authentic storytelling.

Originally from Trinidad, Justin is deeply connected to Caribbean culture. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, sports, and exploring regional music and traditions. He is committed to expanding the company’s spirits presence across the region by leveraging market insights, creating engaging brand experiences, and positioning Stansfeld Scott’s portfolio as the preferred choice in every market he serves.

Itziar Rodriguez

Senior
Logistics Coordinator

Itziar Rodriguez, affectionately known as “Itzi” by the Stansfeld Scott team, has built a dynamic career across diverse industries and locations, starting in the tourism sector at a timeshare exchange company in Las Vegas. After several relocations, she transitioned into healthcare and later into logistics, where she worked in the Reefer Export Department at a shipping line in Salt Lake City. Upon moving to Florida, Itziar joined Stansfeld Scott and quickly leveraged her logistics experience to become a Senior Logistics Coordinator.
 
With nine years of experience in logistics, Itziar now manages logistics for various Caribbean and Latin American markets, including all Spanish-speaking countries within the region. Known for her proactive approach, Itziar views her role as a facilitator, to effectively communicate between the sales team, suppliers, and customers to coordinate successful shipments.
 
Outside of work, Itziar enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughters, often cooking and baking for her family. She appreciates Stansfeld Scott’s commitment to exploring new opportunities while fostering a supportive, family-oriented environment that values open communication and respects the input of every team member. 

Amirah Mohammed

Business Analyst

Born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago, Amirah holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has built her career with experience in the manufacturing industry in Trinidad. After completing her Master’s in Business Administration, she transitioned into roles in production, inventory, and warehouse management. Her expertise in these areas eventually led her into supply chain management, and her current role as Business Analyst brings together her knowledge of both supply chain and business administration.
 
In her position, Amirah supports the sales team by providing reports and system updates, including pricing. She is known for her detailed, no-frills approach to work and her direct communication style. As a leader, she is open-minded and result-oriented, and she believes in sharing and discussing any learning to foster collaboration within the team.
 
Outside of work, Amirah enjoys nature, engaging in hobbies like gardening, hiking, and participating in beach clean-ups. 

Sarai Rodriguez

Accounting Manager

Before transitioning into accounting, Sarai gained valuable experience across diverse industries including hospitality, manufacturing, and banking. These roles provided her with comprehensive expertise in customer service, production operations, and leadership while collaborating with professionals from various backgrounds. This broad experience laid the foundation for her career at Stansfeld Scott, where she advanced to her current role as Accounting Manager.
 
As Accounting Manager, Sarai leads the accounting team with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. She collaborates with the COO on financial operations and is passionate about optimizing processes to enhance workflows and cross-departmental collaboration. With an analytical mindset and a strategic approach, she builds systems that strengthen both the accounting function and the broader organization. Sarai holds certifications, including auditing training from PwC, and is actively pursuing further university studies and certifications.
 
Outside of work, Sarai’s interests range from baking to biology, reflecting her creativity and curiosity.

Daria Worrell

Production &
Logistics Coordinator

Daria Worrell began her career as a Quality Assurance Technician at The Pine Hill Dairy, where she was later promoted to Production Supervisor. Seeking new challenges, she transitioned to Stansfeld Scott as Production & Logistics Coordinator, leveraging her background in manufacturing and logistics. With 5 years of experience in manufacturing and over a year in logistics, Daria has acquired certifications in Biosafety, Supervisory Management, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain, Business Forecasting, and WSET Level 1, and is currently pursuing the Microsoft Power BI Analyst Professional Certificate.
 
In her role, Daria is responsible for forecasting and planning production for private label brands, as well as logistics coordination for select markets. Additionally, she has led initiatives to enhance sales tracking and reporting, streamlining data visualization and analysis.
 
Daria is passionate about learning, particularly about wine production and product development, and enjoys hiking, running, and live music in her free time. 

Meadow Taylor

Logistics Coordinator

Meadow Taylor brings a diverse background in retail, promotions, and the restaurant industry to her role as Logistics Coordinator for consumer health products at Stansfeld Scott. She previously worked with Stansfeld Scott’s Barbados retail company, Wine World, where she held a supervisory position and earned her WSET Level 2 certification in 2022 with distinction.
 
In her current role, Meadow manages order submissions, inventory, and shipping logistics, ensuring products flow seamlessly from suppliers to distribution companies across the region. She values team collaboration and takes a meticulous approach to her work.
 
Originally from Barbados, Meadow enjoys crocheting and has even crafted a few outfits. Passionate about food, she loves exploring new flavors.

Carlos Ortiz

Logistics Coordinator

With a background in international business and an MBA in Global Management, Carlos Ortiz has built a career in logistics, product management, and customer service. His journey has taken him across the U.S., from Arizona to Memphis and then Tampa, where he first joined Stansfeld Scott as a Logistics Coordinator. This opportunity expanded his industry knowledge and skill set into international logistics, brand management and the diverse cultures of the Caribbean.

Rejoining Stansfeld Scott in 2025, Carlos manages order processing and logistics for several Caribbean markets, ensuring efficient operations and timely shipments. Known for his accuracy and strong client relationships, he takes a team-oriented approach, always willing to go the extra mile to support his colleagues and improve processes. His passion for collaboration and problem-solving makes him a key player in driving operational success.
 
Born and raised in Arizona, Carlos is a first-generation American of Mexican heritage and has a deep appreciation for travel, music, and the outdoors. An avid snowboarder and DJ, he enjoys exploring new cultures and experiences. Excited by Stansfeld Scott’s expansion into new markets, he looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued global growth and strengthening its logistics operations.

Cyndi Spence

Business
Support Coordinator

Before joining Stansfeld Scott, Cyndi Spence worked with SCUBAnauts International, a nonprofit that empowers teenagers to advance science through SCUBA diving. Alongside this, she homeschooled her four children throughout their education, ensuring they each graduated high school with an AA degree.
 
As Business Support Coordinator, Cyndi handles order entry, office functions, and the shipment of samples to the Caribbean. Known for her logical and fiscally responsible problem-solving approach, Cyndi prefers to work through humor and collaboration, finding the most efficient ways to improve internal processes.
 
Outside of work, Cyndi is passionate about adventure and science, finding joy and peace while gardening alongside her future husband and best friend. 

Christina Hector

Regional Project Manager

Stanscott International

Christina Hector joined Stanscott International with over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing across the hospitality, automotive, and retail sectors. Her career began in hospitality, where she served as Public Relations Manager for Sandals Resorts International, overseeing communications for 17 properties across 8 Caribbean islands. She then transitioned into commercial brand management, leading regional marketing efforts for over a dozen international automotive brands and playing a key role in launching Starbucks in Jamaica and four other Caribbean markets.

As Regional Project Manager, Christina bridges strategy, operations, and brand performance across territories. Her role includes strategic planning, distributor engagement, and project oversight to ensure timely execution and measurable impact. Christina is known for her data-driven approach, diving deep into analytics to uncover insights and drive growth. She fosters a collaborative team environment, emphasizing cross-functional alignment and open communication to deliver consistent results across diverse markets.

Christina is passionate about brand management and product development, with a particular talent for localizing global brands to resonate with Caribbean audiences. She thrives on translating market feedback into actionable strategies and takes pride in seeing the tangible results of her work through increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Originally from Jamaica and fluent in Spanish, Christina is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures with her three children. She finds joy in cooking, entertaining, and starting each day with a grounding yoga practice—she’s also a trained yoga teacher.

Looking ahead, Christina is energized by the company’s regional expansion and the opportunity to introduce innovative products to new markets. She’s committed to leveraging brand insights and market data to drive growth and strengthen Stanscott’s presence across the Caribbean.
