THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing professional, based in our Barbados office, to lead talent acquisition for the Stansfeld Scott Group of Companies.
Reporting to executive management, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who enjoys networking to identify candidates and connect them with opportunities within our group. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and innovate our approach to recruitment with creative campaigns and initiatives
• Represent the company and actively network at community events, universities, trade shows, and associations (locally and overseas)
• Develop and implement strategies for employee orientation and on-boarding
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with the recruitment and selection process
• Nurture proactive pipeline strategies for a future talent pool
 

REQUIREMENTS
• Expertise in talent scouting, company branding, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Extensive experience using social platforms for recruitment in our industry/region
• Exceptional leader with high energy and a positive, people-centric attitude
• Strong critical thinking, results oriented, creative and influential
• Self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
