We are seeking a skilled, senior sales professional based in Barbados with a proven track record in achieving outstanding sales and customer service success.  This position is responsible for achieving sales growth by building lasting and supportive business relationships with key accounts within the hospitality sector in Barbados.


  • Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with new and existing key customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within a select customer group
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing team and the Sales Director to execute campaigns for key customers
  • Lead and facilitate staff training/educational sessions
  • Entertain and network within the industry, in order to develop and enhance business relationships


  • Minimum of 3 years senior sales/customer service experience
  • Energetic and proactive
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office
  • Knowledge of local environment particularly the hospitality sector preferred
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits would be an asset
