We are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented person to provide administrative and marketing support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing information and paperwork including orders, supplier and distributor claims, price lists, promotional invoices and logistics.  The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment and communicating daily with customers, shippers and suppliers around the world. We will consider candidates who are seeking full-time or part-time employment. 


• Process orders and invoices for our international customers
• Process supplier and distributor Advertising & Promotional (A&P) claims
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Provide back-up services for accounting and logistics
• Maintain and update brand price lists
• Obtain compliance documents
• Continually evaluate support services and recommend efficiencies
• Provide clerical and administrative support relative to the efficient operations of the office


• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity
• Fluency in French and/or Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
• Proven analytical skills and resourcefulness
• Keen attention to detail
