Vinos SA invited several members of the Association of Sommeliers in Dominican Republic for an exclusive training on Constellation wines. Sandrina Garrigue of Stansfeld Scott Inc. confirmed that the Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc 2006 and the Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 were highly acclaimed.

The sommeliers were also pleased with the numerous pairing possibilities for Blackstone Merlot 2005, a very smooth and approachable wine. Raul Rodriguez who has extended experience in the on-premise sector was impressed with the price/quality ratio on Hardy's Stamp of Australia Shiraz 2006 and set up an incentive cork program for the waiters this season.
